Motor team members (adapted physical education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, adaptive technology)! PLEASE consider participating in this research study that will determine best practices when collaborating with the members of the motor team. To participate in this study, please use this link below to access the informed consent form and survey. The survey will not last more than 15 minutes. You also have the option to be part of an interview where collaboration experience will be further discussed.
