World Kindness Day is TOMORROW! Wednesday November 13, 2024
Resources from Proof Positive
Tomorrow is World Kindness Day, and what better way to celebrate than by promoting kindness in our families, communities and classrooms? Not only does kindness benefit the social good, but research shows it also boosts our physical and mental wellbeing.
At Proof Positive, we believe kindness is a skill that everyone can learn and practice. And, teaching kindness can be inclusive and adaptable to the diverse needs of all members of our autism community. We invite you to use our free printable activity to increase awareness and understanding of the science and skill of kindness.
We all know that movement is good for our bodies, but did you know that it is also essential to our happiness?
Applying the science of positive psychology, we are excited to share Movement for Happiness as our Featured Skill!
Movement for Happiness is a positive intervention that is all about engaging in regular physical activity that brings you JOY! We exist in bodies that are made to move. Physical activity boosts our mood and increases social connection.
